Our models and collectibles

Shop Fidgety creates handmade, printed-to-order models and collectibles using PLA (polylactic acid) filament. Check each product description for its dimensions, intended use and any specific warnings.

3D-printed finish

Visible layer lines, small surface marks and minor variations in finish are a normal part of 3D printing. Colours may look different on different screens. These characteristics do not remove your rights if an item is faulty, unsafe or does not match its description.

Age suitability and small parts

Warning: small parts and choking hazard. Models may include small components, and broken pieces can create small parts or sharp edges. Keep them away from children under 3 and anyone likely to put objects in their mouth. Stop using an item if it is damaged.

Do not assume a model is suitable for a child because it is colourful or has moving parts. Follow the intended use and age information in its listing. No toy-safety certification or blanket age suitability is claimed on this page. Describing an item as a model or collectible does not, by itself, establish an exemption from product-safety requirements.

PLA material and food contact

Our prints use PLA. Unless a specific listing expressly confirms that the finished item has been assessed and tested for food contact, do not use it with food or drinks, as a food container or utensil, or put it in your mouth. A bowl-shaped model is not automatically food-safe.

Looking after your print

Keep prints away from high heat, hot water and prolonged direct sunlight, including hot cars or windowsills. PLA can soften or warp when heated. Do not put prints in a dishwasher or microwave. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth and dry carefully. Avoid dropping, bending or forcing moving joints.

Printed to order

We print the designs shown in the shop after an order is placed. Larger or more detailed models may take longer. Production estimates will be shown on each product page before ordering, with delivery information listed separately. We do not currently offer customer-selected colours, custom designs or personalisation.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Being printed to order does not, by itself, remove cancellation or return rights for our standard designs. Any future genuinely personalised orders will have their applicable cancellation conditions explained before purchase. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

See Delivery & Returns for delivery and returns information. Full order and returns arrangements are being finalised before sales begin.

Responsibility and your rights

Please use each item only as described and follow its care and safety instructions. Damage caused solely by misuse or failure to follow care instructions may not be a product fault; this does not limit your rights where an item is defective, unsafe or misdescribed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights and our product-safety obligations remain in place.

Sales details still to be completed

Seller identity and contact details, payment arrangements, production estimates, postage prices and the full returns process will be added before we accept orders.
